It is understood that at the time of this sale that this animal is considered pet or show potential
and is representative of its breed and structurally and temperamentally suited as a
companion. This animal is guaranteed against any health irregularities. No other guarantee
is given except in the case of crippling hip displasia which renders the dog
unsuitable as a pet within one year of the date of birth. If in fact this dog does develop CHD,
Von haus Velten German Shepherds will replace this dog as soon as a pup becomes available or when the owner is ready for this replacement.
With the sale of a pet quality puppy, this breeder does not guarantee ears standing, full good bite
or testicle descent (if male) unless agreed upon at time of sale. If such agreement exists
notation will be found at the base of this contract under footnotes.
With the sale of a pet puppy breeder requires neutering or spaying of animal within 1 year of date of birth If discussed otherwise, a notation will be found in the footnotes of this contract.
Buyer has been informed that a 72 hour health guarantee is now in effect. Buyer must take this animal to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after the signing of this contract.
Breeder has given to the buyer a health certificate stating shot and worming records to be taken to the veterinarian with the puppy . If animal is found to be unsatisfactory a full refund will be given at this time only.
Breeder is not responsible for any health or surgical expenses incurred on this animal Breeder has given written instructions to the buyer explaining feeding and housing requirements, as well as obedience training and socialization. Buyer agrees that failure to comply with breeders suggestions will void this contract.
